A 24x7 supplier collaboration portal linked in real time to SAP Business One on SAP HANA, giving vendors secure browser access to the purchasing data that concerns them from mobile, tablet or laptop. Vendors track open, closed and cancelled purchase orders, raise an Advanced Shipment Note against selected PO lines at dispatch, and draft a goods receipt (GRPO) for approval and posting in SAP Business One. Vendors also monitor AP invoices, credit notes, overdue shipments and payment history, and maintain their own contact and billing details.
