A job work collaboration portal that extends real time SAP Business One on SAP HANA data to subcontractors through any web browser. Subcontractors view their subcontracting purchase orders and the Returnable Delivery Challans issued against them, showing challan number and date, output item, production order number, issue for production number and serial range. When processing is complete they select the challan lines and generate the return document, which posts back to SAP Business One for receipt at the warehouse. Dashboards show delivery and returnable challans by open, closed and cancelled status, and the Delivery Challan and Return Status reports give item-wise tracking. Each subcontractor sees only its own data.
